1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bdt8 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and all its users ("User", "Member", "you"). By visiting the bdt8 website, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms.

3 Account Management

It is entirely your responsibility to maintain the security of your bdt8 account. Sharing login details (username and password) with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Account Security

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify bdt8 support immediately.
• After logging in from a public or shared device, fully log out of the session.
• Keep your account details up to date — inform support if your mobile number or contact information changes.

3.2 Account Misuse

If any illegal activity, fraudulent transactions, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities are carried out through an account, bdt8 may permanently close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bdt8 supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposited funds must be sent from your own verified mobile banking account.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited and such transactions will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.
• Before withdrawing funds earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bdt8 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms which must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning you must wager 10 times the total amount of the deposit and bonus.
• The bonus applies only to a member's first deposit and will be given once only.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and all winnings earned from that bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP and Cashback Program

bdt8's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Moving from one tier to the next depends on regular activity and participation on the platform. bdt8 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits without meeting the bonus terms or through multiple accounts, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

6 Gaming Rules

All games operated on bdt8 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Game results are determined automatically and displayed without any human intervention.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is not completed due to a technical error, the full bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Before placing a bet, read the odds and terms for each match carefully.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If evidence of suspicious activity in any match is found, bdt8 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bets.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt8 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug in the system.
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent or harassing behaviour toward other users.
• Conducting any fraudulent activity in the name or identity of bdt8.
• Pre-arranged coordination with other members regarding game outcomes.

Engaging in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

11 Account Closure

Both bdt8 and the user may request account closure.

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining eligible balance before closure.

11.2 Closure at bdt8's Discretion

bdt8 may close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Bonus abuse.
• Extended period of inactivity.
